Karen has coached many students from ages eighteen months to eighteen years in all aspects of Gymnastics. In weekly classes and for U.K. and International Competitions. Karen now passes on her experience in our weekly Lyrical Dance Class at the Colwyn Leisure Centre every Tuesday. Assisting Sarah in various other centres, Karen has recently been awarded North Wales Coach of the Year 2006. In 2010 Karen won a dedication award for coaching gymnastics at a North Wales Club.
